We deliver digital products and digital services electronically only. No physical shipping is offered through this website.
Files may be delivered by secure download link, cloud folder, file transfer service, email, client portal or file transfer method stated for the order.
Delivery timing depends on whether the order is a stock product, a prepared package, an update, or a custom project. Where a fixed delivery deadline applies, it will be confirmed in writing.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address, correct contact details and any necessary scope information. Delays caused by missing information, payment delay, or requested scope change are not considered non-delivery by us.
Delivery is considered completed when the files, access credentials or download instructions are sent to the customer through the agreed delivery channel.
